Jo-Marie Lisa holds a Juris Doctorate from Western State University College of Law Fullerton, California and a MA in Political Science from California State University Fullerton, California. Jo-Marie has also received formal training in mediation and arbitration.
Bear Wolf Consulting & Mediation Services, Inc. has been providing government and private sector clients with expert facilitation, mediation, arbitration, training, and consulting services for more than 15 years. Bear Wolf Consulting supported the Colorado Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for two years as a Contractor Mediator. Bear Wolf Consulting has mediated EEO cases including race, age, gender, religion, Americans with Disabilities Act, sexual harassment cases, and bullying.
Jo-Marie has previously been an adjunct professor at the University of Denver, University College, Regis University, College of Professional Studies and the Office of Personel Management. She is now teaching regularly at Colorado Free University, Denver, Colorado www.freeu.com.
Jo-Marie frequently speaks at conferences. She was a speaker at the Federal Dispute Resolution conference, on the University of Denver’s Terrorism and Restorative Justice Panel, a national conference speaker for the National Association of Licensed Investigators, and a national conference speaker a the IRS Wage and Investment Leadership conference. Jo-Marie is a member of the mediation and arbitration panels for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and arbitration panel for the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS).
