Jo-Marie Lisa holds a Juris Doctorate from
Western State University College of Law and a MA in Political
Science from California State University. Jo-Marie has also
received formal training in mediation and arbitration.
Bear Wolf Consulting & Mediation Services, Inc. has been
providing government and private sector clients with expert
facilitation, mediation, arbitration, training, and consulting
services for more than 15 years. Bear Wolf Consulting supported the
Colorado Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for two years as a
Contractor Mediator. Bear Wolf Consulting has mediated Title VII
cases included race, age, American Disabilities Act, religion, and
sexual harassment cases.
Jo-Marie is an Adjunct Faculty member in the Alternative Dispute
Resolution (ADR) Certification Program at the University of Denver,
in the Conflict Resolution Certificate Program at Regis University,
and at the United States Department of Agriculture Graduate
School.
Jo-Marie frequently speaks at conferences. She was a speaker at
the Federal Dispute Resolution conference in 2003, on the
University of Denver's Terrorism and Restorative Justice Panel, a
national conference speaker for the National Association of
Licensed Investigators, and a national conference speaker a the IRS
Wage and Investment Leadership conferences. Jo-Marie is a member of
the mediation and arbitration panels for the NASD and arbitration
panel for the FMCS.
Jo-Marie contracts with highly qualified and experienced
professionals for larger contracts or whenever co-mediation or
co-facilitation is appropriate.
